Christian Brothers representatives are informative and honest about the work that needs to be performed on a vehicle. I greatly appreciate that they take the time to explain and answer any questions/concerns one may have about there vehicle. Christian Brothers does not push unnecessary work just to collect more money and the mechanics are always friendly.

My Christian Brothers Automotive experience was awesome. When I arrived, I was greeted by Josh the owner/operator and he received my vehicle and recorded my vehicle fault. Throughout the process I received update messages on what was being done to my car as well as when the tasks were completed. I was thoroughly impressed with their efficiency, their organizational skills, their sincere concern about my car and their concern I was happy and pleased with their work. After my car had been repaired my service writer explained in detail what the repair technician had done and if the problem reoccurred to immediately bring my vehicle back. I know everyone was just doing there job but it was how they did their job that made me feel safe, confident about their work and extremely happy.
