I was disappointed that I had to call multiple times on multiple days because I was on hold for more than 15-20 minutes waiting for a representative to order propane. In addition, when I did order, I was told that my delivery would be there within 7 days. Unfortunately, it came on the 8th day. My representative was very nice and helpful but the phone and delivery service was not typical of Holden.
Last Saturday my gas stove went out while making breakfast. Called Osterman and they were here within 2 hours to fill my tank! Thank you so much for some quick service!
