I chose your company because of a LOCAL agent, within 10 miles of our community, solely because of my trust in her. She left Amerigas, and so did the majority of our friends because they were horrible. Nancy worked in the Frazier Park location and I found out recently that she left. Needless to say, I am devastated because she is THE ONLY PERSON who understands this area, the clientele AND that we are not a 'rich and wealthy' area. I am self-employed and have health/physical issues. The pricing you charge is almost double that of the competition in this area. Had I not reached Sonia on my most recent call, I would have cancelled my service and found (yet another) propane provider. I hope that the service Nancy provided, along with the courtesy, RESPECT and human kindness continues with the other agents. Sonia seems to understand. My conversation with her is THE ONLY REASON I am still paying your prices.
I've heard plenty of horror stories about other propane providers in our area. We've been here a few years now and our experience with Western has been terrific the whole time. Service is always prompt, pricing is fair, and the delivery drivers are friendly and helpful. We're very happy customers!
