Over all I've had a great experience with Superior. My only beef would be the delivery timing; getting a big bill 2 days before Xmas was not fun. Maybe show up a little more often to break the bills up?
Products is a high demand during winter season but that’s with every propane company. What makes stand alone from them is your pricing and understanding how it is important to keep people warm; not frozen.

Excellent service, we get our propane through Griffeth Energy, Skaneateles. NY. Rain, sleet or lots of snow they deliver. The delivery persons are friendly and experienced, they even help me get my furnace running. We have been using them for over 10 years and would never switch. They are quality. Thank you.

I am an automatic delivery customer, but hadn't gotten a delivery since Spring. The gauge on the tank read below 20, so I called Griffith. The person I talked to, I believe her name is Cynthia, was very reassuring and pleasant. I had to wait a long time for my chance to speak to a representative and Cynthia (?) made the wait worthwhile!
I did request notification before delivery so I could shovel a path to the tank, but I did not receive notification. I apologized to the driver for not having a path shoveled. He was pleasant, appreciated my concern, and completed the job efficiently and without complaint.
The wireless level device attached to the tank is great- we can keep an eye on the amount in our tank from our phone or computer.
Superior Propane also keeps a close on our tank - we have the auto delivery and have never ran out
