When we built this house, we wanted to have a cleaner energy for heating and cooking, so we decided on propane for that. Our builder recommended Superior Propane, and after comparing prices and reviews by other customers, we decided to go with Superior. We have not been disappointed. Their service is excellent! Our tank is monitored, but if we call and want it filled, they come out within a few days to do that. If we have any questions regarding billing or pricing, all we have to do is call our local Coxsackie office, and they are extremely helpful. This is a great company!

They are real good at what they do
I like the product but I,AM NOT liking the price.
The best feature of Superior Propane is their spot on propane delivery. Because of their modeled propane usage of my house usage, I never worried about running out of propane and I was worried free. I don't know maybe there is a device on the tank that the home office could read/monitor the amount of propane in the tank. Secondly, allowing me to prebuy my propane in July at July's propane prices. Not December or January prices. Most cases I came out ahead financially.
DEALIVERIES ARE TIMELY AS THEY SHOULD BE. However your prices are way too high.

Last few deliveries have occurred without me calling . We want it to be filled when the tank is at 25 to 30 percent. It fell to 14 percent on one occasion. Need the propane in case of power outage.
