Well, I had been very upset with the cost I was hit with going into this winter season, I have always liked this company and especially like dealing with the ladies in the Franklinville, NY office plus the deliver people have always been very respectful and kind, so I was not wanting to change companies but I felt I had no choice but I called today and talked with a Michelle who took my concerns down and said someone would be reaching out to me, another lady did and she was so kind and understood my concerns and worked with me so I did not have to change companies! It was such a relief and she calmed my fears and my anxiety, which had been flaring all afternoon! What I love about this company is you haven't forgotten the consumer and willing to work with us and help us when things become rough for us, the consumer and in today's world where we are forgotten for the all mighty dollar, it is huge! Thank you!!

Your team picked up the phone when I called to start service. They were very knowledgeable and responsive. They were aware of the group pricing for my area. They were always available to answer questions that I had.
The delivery and installation team was also great. They took their time to be sure everything was done correctly.
Delivery of the propane took place within a week of the installation of the propane tank, which is what was promised.

I'm always worried when I order propane in October. The access to my property is a fairly steep private road (not maintained by the township). Therefore, if there is a snow or ice storm, the propane truck cannot get out of my property. So, I am pleased when Keith arrives before the first storm.
Warners Gas is our propane supplier. They are always just a phone call away anytime I need them. I recommended them to my neighbor and they have been customers for several years. I am a happy customer!
