I liked that the guys at the shop - Matt andI can't remember the other person's name - helped me out so much. They answered all my questions and they helped me accessorize my new e-bike with a basket, bell and new helmet. I like the fact that they didn't treat me as if I was stupid because I didn't have any knowledge about e-bikes when I came into the store. Instead they treated me with respect and inquired about my biking style and what would be best for me. I loved their approach as it was professional and very respectful. They will get my business again.

Even when they were swamped during the pandemic their amazing customer care never swayed.
