Your store offered a better warranty, for an extra year, for same bike at another store and for no extra cost. I feel that if I had any issues moving forward that I could trust the people that work there to give me the best advice. Cheers happy riding.
Mechanic listened to my concerns and resolved the issue, and also put extra frame protection when the scratch was to prevent further cosmetic damage
