Justin was attentive and patient as I was fumbling through my trial and purchase. He assured me that after 100km, if I didn't feel like the bike is tuned correctly I could get him to look at making readjustments. Ultimately I felt comfortable making this expensive purchase. I don't even live in the area and I would recommend friends to make the trip.
