Ricky did an excellent job of helping me pick my bike. He made great recommendations and I appreciated hearing his expertise. When I went to pick up my bike, I did not feel rushed while testing out my bike and felt comfortable. I thought it was a great touch to see the person who built my bike. Thanks Ben! ALL the people your store were friendly, ready to help, and helpful. Unlike other bicycle stores, they don't look down at (or talk down to) the casual bikers. I live less than 1km from D'Ornellas on Lawrence Ave E. I gladly drive 25km to your store for all my bicycling needs. Glad I found your store.
