I recently joined and am one of the “early birds”. Everyone I have encountered this far has been absolutely wonderful. The 24hr use is my favorite part, its super easy too!

Convenience and times of operations.
That the pool & hot tub are available for me to do my water compression exercises daily at all times as I cannot go at specific times daily. Also, I love that there is separate shower/bath rooms to get ready in before & after. I am not a person who showers or dresses in the open. This is very important to me.
Love the variety of exercise opportunities available. Gives the opportunity for not only physical health, but social and mental health as well.

The Y in Hampton on Armistead has so much room You not breathing around others and there’s clean machines for everyone. It targets all ages and offers programs for all ages

Not only don they have a terrific gym with numerous exercise equipment but they also offer group classes for all levels. The personal trainers are excellent.
Pool hours and availability in general of lanes; however you should post when swim teams will meet and keep some lanes for customers;
