Nice customer service very friendly and the facility is clean. I love the women's locker room very cozy and big size of sauna and steam room. I live cross the bridge but this is my number one gym to go!!!

The Y's instructors and trainers are excellent. Always willing to help with your exercise program. Classes are a great way to exercise at your own pace.
Every class I hav attended the instructors have been excellent. They have also kept me feeling like I can’t do this. They have helped me to feel comfortable about doing everything at my own pace and helping me improve a little more each visit.

Aquatic instructors are excellent especially Alesia. I enjoy being greeted by Sally at the front desk in the morning. I wish we could get some new Aqua weights to replace the broken warm out ones but otherwise my Y experience has been excellent!

My family and I love the "Y"! The swim lessons for my granddaughter are the" greatest thing", she says. My grandson loves basketball and the fact that he can go to different "Y's" to play. I brought one of my daughters as a guest, she joined online.
Our instructor Leigh was amazing! She helped me overcome the fear of having my head under water! She is truly amazing and dedicated to what she does !

I really like the swim lessons and most of the instructors are great. Our last instructor, I believe Sarah, was not very prompt with starting/ending class, which was frustrating. I also don’t have much confidence in the new lifeguards, the younger ones. They seem like they have things they’d rather be doing and don't take the job very seriously, which left me feeling uneasy and like I needed to watch my child the entire time.
swim instructor Jordan is an awesome teacher. My granddaughter has learned so much and such a little time under her instruction.
We really like our private lessons. Both my boys are easily distracted so having swim teachers that can keep them on track has been tremendous with getting them to improve quickly.
The kind and helpful staff. Friendly members with the essence of community. The various programs and activities that's family centered. A fun place to be.

I totally understand that there are limits to the number of students in each class, and I am grateful that number is limited. If a student drops out of a class, would it be possible for someone on the wait list to pick up that spot even if a few sessions have passed already?
