The friendliness of the staff, the leaders that teach the courses are dedicated and so welcoming. They offer a good variety of classes and water classes.
Especially, at times all things break down but the Y gets things back up as soon as possible. Great job at repairing broken machines and making it the best place to exercise. Many use it as their hospitality time and they are welcoming!!

The Luter Y is an exceptional facility that is well-managed, clean, and decently maintained. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I have been a member of this Y for 24 years and believe it offers an excellent return for our dues.
Programs are varied and interesting. The fitness staff do a nice job with their equipment orientation for new members. Community support is evident in the positive programs for kids and adults.
I would recommend that the HVAC ducts in the fitness center ceiling be scraped and repainted as the chipping/peeling paint looks terrible. Additionally, the front entrance bed badly needs weeding.

There is an atmosphere of inclusion and support. I have been to other gyms and it’s hard to explain; their buildings are newer, Trainers are ready & willing, even to the point of annoyance. But…there is something about Your YMCA that makes me feel comfortable.
I’ve been sick for two months of Summer and one of my Primary Goals was to feel strong enough to get back to the gym. I’m so glad you are there; I love this place!

The swimming instructors had patience and encouraged my grandson to go beyond his fears.
We really like our swim instructor, Vickie. She is kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and most importantly, very clearly cares about the families she’s teaching. We recommend her to everyone who asks about swim lessons.

The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the building, the large number of hours they are open, adequate parking. I especially like my personal trainer. Brittany, always greets me with a smile and is a good listener to my needs.
