The Y offers many options for folks including a great pool, up to date exercise equipment, gyms and studios for group participation, and open workout areas. It is staffed by wonderful folks that greet you as you walk in, folks that keep the facility spotless, and my favorite - well trained physical trainers that develop plans to help you achieve your training goals. I've worked with trainers for almost two years and at 72 I'm in better shape than I have been in years, many years. The folks that use the facility vary from children to folks I'm guessing are older than I am. For me it's a fun place to work out and, for me, it's been a great way to tone my body.

The friendliness of the staff, the leaders that teach the courses are dedicated and so welcoming. They offer a good variety of classes and water classes.
Especially, at times all things break down but the Y gets things back up as soon as possible. Great job at repairing broken machines and making it the best place to exercise. Many use it as their hospitality time and they are welcoming!!
