Water aerobics
I'm a brand new member and have only done one class (Water exercise) but the instructor Kia was great!
The online class booking works well and instructors for Yoga and Silver sneakers are all wonderful 👍

I'm a senior citizen. I'm not involved in a lot, but there are many options and the community is so welcoming. It's where I go to be active and meet old friends and make new ones.

Facilities and group classes

We love the Campbell Co YMCA very much. We primarily use the weight machines and water aerobics classes 3x a week and definitely appreciate the senior family price since our Medicare program doesn’t include Silver Sneakers!! My husband was also enjoying both pickleball and the pickleball community and hopes to get back after healing an injury.

Great people

I love the water walking. I am not able to exercise much because I have a very bad back issue. Participating in this very low impact exercise program is very important to me to stay active. The only compaint is that it’s at the same time as silver sneakers which’s the only other exercise I could do
