I am a senior citizen and enjoy the water aerobics classes. All the instructors are great, each doing the class routine a little differently so the classes are not repetitive which is good.
I also think the welcome staff at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful, when I have a question.
I like the instructors and the people I have met attending the classes. Lots of connections and socializing.
Most of the time the classes are at a reasonable time. I don’t like how the ones I attend are scheduled later during school summer break to accommodate the children.
The Y has everything I need to keep my physical and mental needs together to get me through the day.
