They had a 3-week backlog, but they allowed me to make an appointment 3 weeks later, and got my bike back to me in 2 days. Reasonable price for a tune-up, and even threw in some bar-end plugs at the last minute.

My bike is a Trek brand and finding a Trek-brand store convenient to Parrish was a plus. Most importantly though they are a well-run operation, courteous, communicate well, were honest about the time needed to do the work, and the work was professionally done.

The products Dean carriers are the best in the industry high quality at a reasonable price. Service is impeccable always turns the bikes around quickly as soon as he has all the parts in the shop.
The only problem has been the parts coming from the manufacturer since they are always delayed, at no fault of Dean and his team. A++
