Trek bicycles get very high ratings. But in this time of Covid-19, such items, made halfway around the world, are not easily available as is obvious with my almost 6 month wait. Other than that, the salesperson there was able to match the size and style of bicycle to what I hope is a wonderful ride

Quick easy service, fixed a unique problem quickly
Very professional service and quick turn around. The staff are always very friendly and very knowledgeable about every sort of wheeled machine. We had a very unique Street Strider that needed new tires, they very quickly made the repairs on the same day, completed the initial fix and recommended a new tube into one of the tires. Glad to have found a very professional and "Go To" Cycle shop in the Hwy 64 Lakewood Ranch area.
