Even though your supply of the bike we thought we wanted was low, we got the better bike for the two riders who will be using it when they visit. Eric already put 100 miles on the bike in preparation for my son-in-law Dave who arrives mid-May. Your advice and attention were greatly appreciated!
Dean was knowledgeable about the product purchased as well as prompt with setting up the product for me.
Went to several bike shops before deciding to purchase a Trek due to the quality in comparison to shopping other brands and stores. Being there's a world-wide material shortage and in some industries, it's nothing to hear lead times over a year out, the dealers have no control.
That being said, the lead time for our bike here was shorter than others and well with the wait if any over a compromise to buying another brand. The sales staff was terridffic and highly recommend buying a bike here!

I researched several brands of bikes before deciding on the Trek Verve 3. The Trek Bradenton location was one of the first to get these in stock before the end of April. I contacted the store and was kept informed by Dean of inventory availability and arriving shipment. He contacted me, as promised, and I absolutely LOVE this bike! Dean is professional, courteous, and truly made my buying experience a special memory. I also purchased a Bontrager Bike Helmet which I'm sure will keep me well protected, along with adding a bottle water holder and kickstand to the Verve 3. Thank you!!
