Dean (the owner) is very friendly and helpful whether you are buying parts or a bike. He will patiently describe the characteristics and features of the various bikes to help a customer understand exactly which one they would be most happy with. He also lets you try the bike out (if one is available) to see how you like it. Although the store can get busy at times, he will give each customer his undivided attention as long as needed before moving on to the next person. When there is a backup of people in the store, the assembly mechanics from the back of the shop will come out to help waiting customers. If it's a part you need, he will look it up, find exactly what you need and order it if not available in the store.
I was also impressed with the mask requirement in the store and the social distancing signs on the floor. Possibly Trek has mandated this routine but whatever the case, I am glad the shop or Trek believes in science rather than science fiction regarding the Covid situation.
In all, it is a great place to buy or order a bike or parts. You can be sure you will feel appreciated for your business, be treated with patience and respect and given all the time you need to make a bike decision without feeling rushed.
