I researched several brands of bikes before deciding on the Trek Verve 3. The Trek Bradenton location was one of the first to get these in stock before the end of April. I contacted the store and was kept informed by Dean of inventory availability and arriving shipment. He contacted me, as promised, and I absolutely LOVE this bike! Dean is professional, courteous, and truly made my buying experience a special memory. I also purchased a Bontrager Bike Helmet which I'm sure will keep me well protected, along with adding a bottle water holder and kickstand to the Verve 3. Thank you!!

The quick turnaround time in this time of high demand and limited supply. On a side note, I would have thought that the bike would have been cleaned as part of the service.
