Thank you for asking. I came in and asked for helped, with a special rim that was narrow, they understood. I did not make any special requests as to let them take care of the matter. I came in to pick the first bike and I was blown away with the quality of the product they put on the bike. Very please with that one bike. I had brought in a second cycle for help but is was not ready. Dean called to keep me updated on the delayed incoming tires. He was surprised it was taking longer than he expected. It was worth the wait! He supplied me another beautiful, quality set of tires.
