Staff is extremely knowledgeable and the service is excellent.
Everyone was very efficient and nice. I could not fit my new bike in my car, so they delivered it to my residence over 25 miles away for a very nominal fee. This is a great store.

The owner greeted me when I arrived, confirmed the bike tune-up service to be performed on my older model, and completed my bike service as promised. The price was right and the service done to my satisfaction. I liked receiving a phone call alerting me when my service was complete. I won't hesitate to recommend his service to my friends!

Unfortunately everyone is still affected by the pandemic, delay in shipments and/or shortage of staff which is out of their control. The staff kept me informed and encouraged me to call anytime for an update. I knew I would get my bike eventually and it was definitely worth the wait. My bike was thoroughly checked over before I took it out of the store. Thank you for the great service!
