The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The COVID lock-down and supply chain issues caused some problems for many bike sellers in the last year and a half, but none of these problems were the fault of the individual retail stores. The Bradenton TREK shop was always polite when I inquired about the arrival of my new bike, they were hopeful but also realistic about the delays. When my bike arrived they took the time to make some adjustments for me and encouraged me to return for any other adjustments I might want after I've ridden the bike for a few weeks. I was also instructed on inflating the new tires, which I appreciated. I find the shop to be reputable and eager to be helpful.

Dean and his team were polite, professional and very helpful. They offered me all alternatives and were not 'pushy' in any way. They have good stock availability and covered all that I needed to know.

The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable as well as accommodating. My only complaint would be that they don't carry enough accessory product. The store is small which may be the reason for this , but it would be nice to have a bigger selection of accessories for purchase.
