Dean was very straight-forward and he explained the benefits of a Saris bike rack versus the competition. He was helpful over the phone, as well as on person. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The COVID lock-down and supply chain issues caused some problems for many bike sellers in the last year and a half, but none of these problems were the fault of the individual retail stores. The Bradenton TREK shop was always polite when I inquired about the arrival of my new bike, they were hopeful but also realistic about the delays. When my bike arrived they took the time to make some adjustments for me and encouraged me to return for any other adjustments I might want after I've ridden the bike for a few weeks. I was also instructed on inflating the new tires, which I appreciated. I find the shop to be reputable and eager to be helpful.
