He was polite and helpful, ensuring my needs were met. A great experience… and I don’t usually say that about spending 1000 dollars on something I didn’t really need…. And yes, I love it.

What a great store! When two other bike shops couldn’t find a way to replace the grips on my Trek hybrid bike, the owner of this store did. They not only had the part, but he replaced the grips while I waited. All this without an appointment. I’ll be a customer for life.
