Knowledgeable and helpful staff
I had a parts malfunction with my brand new Powerfly Fs4. Fortunately the Trek store in Kingston had the part on hand and I was back riding the next day. As during the purchase of the bike a few months ago, the entire staff were friendly and helpful in every aspect of the transaction and repair.
It is apparent that the e-bike industry is still relatively new and I hope that Trek continues to keep a well stocked parts department to keep us riding their great products.
Trek products are great but I was especially impressed with the service at the Kingston store. Beth sold me the bike and she is amazing at helping with selection and determining needs. But the service is also special from everyone at the store. When I arrived for my free tune up someone rushed over to open the door for me! What a great start and this set the tone for my whole exchange. I’ll be back and I encourage others as well.

After having my gears adjusted, I continued to hear a rasping noise from them. Ashton patiently re-checked the gears,, took the bike for a ride, and convinced me (hypnosis ?) that all was as it should be. Ashton and the staff are always willing to address concerns in a timely fashion. I will now ride my bike, assured that all is well, and seek a remedy for tinnitus.
