I have been mostly impressed by excellent communication skills of your front line staff. Opening door for people entering leaving. The skills of the people who answer the phone. An optimistic, ‘we might not have all answers right now, but we will get them for you’ attitude. These people have made it obvious to me that you are knowledgeable, passionate and most importantly believe that the person on the other end of the phone are also knowledgeable and passionate. It has been obvious to me that you are listening and trying to understand. This has been the biggest difference between your shop and others I have gone to. As someone who knows nothing about running a bike shop, I would imagine it is ‘easy’ to find mechanics, stock the shelves (less so in recent years), manage the place, etc. I think it is likely a greater challenge to be better than your competition at staff to client relations. Ever since my first visit to your store, great customer service has been obvious to me. I think you can be proud of this.
