Great place, friendly and knowledgeable (and patient) staff. I don't live near them any more but one Saturday while on the W&OD I needed some help, and they were able to give assistance.

I was surprised at the excellent reception and welcome upon walking into the store. The customer service and the overall customer experience proved excellent and a core reason why I chose to spend mucho buckso on a "new" bike from the BikeLane (instead of gambling on a used bike from Craigslist).
Ordered online and item was at the store for pick up in a few days.

The broad knowledge. You weren’t just trying to sell me something you were trying to sell me the RIGHT thing for what I was trying to do.
At the specific bike brand stores they can’t always compare across brands so having the option to switch between brands all in one place was great.

The people! We came in with a very basic bike and very basic questions and the team was patient and helpful. Mark was great. We’ve been to bike shops that act very elitist in that if you do not have the “right” bike it’s not worth their time. The Bike Lane is NOT that-they are tailor-made for the every-person cyclist (and beer and coffee drinker) in all of us! We are DEFINITELY coming back!
Provided incorrect product information one week ago. And we stopped by this Friday, was trying to confirm my order, and it turned out it won't meet my requirements.
