I have been pleased with my Trek purchase from the Bike Hub Pines location (8 years ago), and had repairs done at the downtown location. Once that store closed I started going to the Perry location. The Bike Hub service team is quick to understand my needs and does quality work, quickly. The only time I don't use Bike Hub for service is when I am away in a different city. I would recommend Bike Hub to my friends.
Bike Tec are very professional and knowledgeable. If you need your bike fixed or tuned up these are the people you can trust to do their best at a reasonable price.

The staff is very knowledgeable and have been helpful weather doing bike tune ups on brands they don't sell to parts availability. Brought my bike trainer in to give me an idea what was wrong with it. After a brief inspection they ga e me all the information needed to make an Informed decision.

These are real good people and skilled mechanics that I've known for years. They care about your bike as much or more than you care about your bike. They are fantastic cyclists of all calls of slopes, road surfaces, and times of day. They even have these totally awesome afternoon-into-evening fondos in the spring-to-fall months that make the core community of cycling all the stronger in Spokane.
