He was very attentive and informative. I’ve never purchased a BMX bike and made sure the bike was a good fit for my grandson. He also advised what type of bike and how to get my other grandson motivated to get out and bike.

Josh was super helpful when I came into the shop about a drivetrain noise after I changed out my freehub body and installed a new cassette. He provided great information on the shops' experience with the cassette I had installed, did a quick tune up on my rear derailleur and got me going out the door with confidence. The Bike Hub is great because everyone is always friendly and the vibe is always completely condescension free.
