The guys at the Bike Hub are amazing and so are their products. I frequently go to the Liberty Lake store and Pines and get consistent high quality, friendly, helpful service. Sometimes my boys and I just go and walk and look and dream and talk and whether we are buying or looking, it’s always friendly with great answers to our questions. Really appreciate these shops and their management and products and services.

These are real good people and skilled mechanics that I've known for years. They care about your bike as much or more than you care about your bike. They are fantastic cyclists of all calls of slopes, road surfaces, and times of day. They even have these totally awesome afternoon-into-evening fondos in the spring-to-fall months that make the core community of cycling all the stronger in Spokane.

I have been pleased with my Trek purchase from the Bike Hub Pines location (8 years ago), and had repairs done at the downtown location. Once that store closed I started going to the Perry location. The Bike Hub service team is quick to understand my needs and does quality work, quickly. The only time I don't use Bike Hub for service is when I am away in a different city. I would recommend Bike Hub to my friends.
