Number one: They are good at what they do like fitting a bike to ones anatomy, magimf sure the bike fits the person's body.

The Bike Hub staff are incredibly kind and professional. I brought in two bikes that needed minor repairs and tune up. Some things were confused between the two bikes but they handled it so well, everything was completely quickly, and they even helped load the bikes upon pickup. I am new to the Valley, but I would highly recommend this shop. I plan to go back for a bike fitting this fall.
The Hub is amazing! Great customer service, great stock of parts (especially in this day and age) and the friendliest guys. And this applies to all three locations. Keep it up Bikehub, you’re doing it right.
