Willingness to hear what I wanted and to work with my expectations. So many times bike shops I try and convince customers that they always need to spend more to get better. But not here. They listened that I just wanted some simple tune ups and tunes and they were happy to help.

The staff. I have mostly dealt with John and Danny. Both are consummate professionals and can answer all of my questions and have responded very promptly to my concerns. I have absolutely no reservations leaving my fairly expensive bike there for service, knowing that it will be in tip-top shape when I get it back. I cannot recommend the South Hill Bike Hub more highly.
