Friend of mine asked why I didn't go to where I bought mine and his bike when I came in to get my most recent quote for service. I said cause I prefer the service where we just were and think they do better work and have better parts availability. I will continue to buy everything I can when I can from Bike Hub.

Mark is so helpful! He found things on my bike that I didn't even know were a problem. I didn't understand how the suspension worked at first, but he was able to demonstrate what was lacking. He demonstrated compression rebound, and dampening etc. Once the problem was fixed, I could really tell a difference. He also helped me with a chronic lingering problem with my dropper seat post. He found a solution so I didn't have to get a new one. I trust him because he puts in the extra effort to make sure I understand the problem and the solution.
