I brought in my e-bike for repair, and unfortunately the repair took an unexpected downward turn (through no fault of Bike Hub). Rick was patient, even helped coordinate with the manufacturer, and was incredibly gracious through the process to get my bike repaired completely. I am incredibly grateful to Bike Hub and Rick for hanging in there during this ordeal and just being amazingly helpful. I am a Bike Hub customer for life. Great organization, service and people.

The Bike Hub has wonderful customer service and friendly, knowledgeable people that work there. They gave my bike a good tune up, replaced the back tire, fixed a shifter/brake cable and cleaned up my bike.

I’ve walked through the door of most all of the greater Spokane area’s bike shops at one time or another. There are a lot of great folks and good shops, but I’ve never had the consistent friendliness, lack of pressure and ease of conversation to solve whatever bike related problems I’m trying to figure out as I have with the team at Bike Hub. They’ve become my first stop for anything I need or questions I have. Wonderful service, no pressure interactions and deeply educated staff.
