What can I say? They are the best! Become a customer and you become a friend. They know your bike and they know your name. Even though they’re really busy. They always try and find time to give you the service you need. When you pick up your bike, they break down the cost how long they spent working on your bike and what functions they performed on it. You never have a question about what they are charging you because they explain it completely. I love this business and wouldn’t trust my triathlon bike that I use for racing with anyone else.

The service is excellent- there is no one better than the guys at Bike Hub. They are extremely knowledgeable about bikes and biking but they add the personal touch by knowing what kind of biker you are and work really hard to meet your needs. We love the Bike Hub and will go no where else for our bike needs!

Brought 2 bikes in for servicing and needed some questions answered. The bikes were done on time, the work was beautiful and the bill was no surprise. Then Josh helped me load my bikes and in the process I learned a better way to load them on my bike rack … I had no idea there was a better way. This shop and the people who work there are top notch!! Amazing!

I was treated well and very pleased with the work and guidance the employees gave me.
I brought my MTB in for service as the rear wheel had some play. It appeared my rear hub would need replacing and I was quoted 1-2 weeks. I received a message from them within 2 days saying the service was done. When I picked up the bike the rear wheel was solid and they told me it only needed to be tightened. Saved me a bit of money; very appreciated.
