Marshal helped deliver my bike on new bike day! Really helpful in setting up the bike on the test ride, route, etc. also did check to ensure tires had sealant before leaving the store. I ordered the bike weeks ago and as promised , sale price and due date was honored. Great store, staff and service. Will be back for sure .

Your servicing department wasn’t able to work on my bike because of safety and liability concerns. That is understood and not the issue but I wasn’t happy that in checking the bike they made it worse than when I brought it in.
Example: the drum brakes are now loose and making a rattling sound. My expectation is that it would be returned in the same condition that I brought it in.
