Everyone in the sales store was friendly and knowledgeable. The new bike and parts inventory was impressive. They have a large number of rental bikes of all styles and sizes, including e-bikes. The shop guys are very knowledgeable and collaborative. Multiple guys took the time to check out some problems we had with our own bikes and made some quick and effective adjustments while we waited. They also offered great advice on how to maintain our bikes.
We brought in a bike yesterday needing a major repair and it was immediately repaired. Great service!!!

Thanks for the ride adjustment and the reasonable pricing. The 1/2 step on the Shimano front derailleur is working well now.
The people in the repair department have been amazing. Sometimes it’s just a quick adjustment, and other times it’s a drop off for major repairs but they always deliver as promised. When I ran over my daughters bike a few weeks ago, they made me feel like I wasn’t an idiot and it happens. Thanks for being my favorite bike repair shop.

I liked how honest they were, and how much they listened to me describing the strange noises the bike was making! I also appreciated the phone call update when they diagnosed the problem. When the bike was ready, they called, and followed up with (automated) text and email messages.

I have been going to Ski & Bike Kare since 2003. Winter, spring, summer, fall, they have the products for every season, at a fair price, But the staff and service is what keeps me coming back. We are lucky to have them in town.
