Between MJ and Brandon I finally have boots that fit!
I'm a III+ skier that was having a REALLY bad day.
I came in with a bone bruise on my left ankle from mountain biking and a pair of virtually new boots ( that I thought fit correctly) but came to realize were actually one full size too big.
MJ started out explaining why the boots were too big and put me into three different boots to find one that actually fit correctly. He then made molded foot beds as well as two 'doughnuts" to protect my ankle bone to add to the great fit.
He was off for the next four days so Brandon took over for him, He was patient ,listened to me about the "hot spots" I was feeling (after skiing on my new boots) and fixed each one over the next three days!
MJ and Brandon were excellent to deal with! They were kind ,patient and extremely knowledgeable at their craft.
I normally have the patience of a knat but I knew if I wanted boots that fit correctly I'd better stay calm and not rush them. I stayed quiet and they calmly made boots that fit!
A big shout out to Toz for allowing the safe integration of my bindings and boots due to the fact the new boots were one full size smaller than the originals.
This whole process was a royal pain in the butt!! It took hours but was definitely a case of you've got to " pay to play".
You pay with money and time which are minor inconveniences to actually wind up with boots that fit, are comfortable,will last and allow you to ski better than you thought possible!
MJ ,BRANDON and TOZ.......... you all made a bad situation GREAT at an extremely fair price, I thank you so much and will be back in April to let you know how all is going,

Ben is great….
I brought in some older Dynastart Legend skis for my 6-year-old, to have the old rental bindings remounted. They didn't have the right jig but Landon called me and we talked about just getting it done freehand and they pulled it off. Good communication and service from Thomas to Landon and now the skis are perfect for what my daughter needs. Some people won't even mess with older skis but they took care of it and knew what they were doing with the remount. Thanks!

The staff provides the highest level of customer service. We’ve rented skis at Ski & Bike Kare over the past 20 years (at both locations) and the time they take to insure that the boots are a proper fit is greatly appreciated.
The ability to reserve equipment in advance (and with a discount) online is a great. They are happy to help with any equipment adjustments and genuinely want you to have the best rental experience.

I came in with my skis and one of my bindings had broken off and I was not sure it could be repaired. The gentleman that greeted me immediately asked if he could help me and I explained my situation and he looked at my ski and said yes we can repair it. I left my skis and boot with him and it was ready the next morning by 8. Great customer service. Thank you.

Amanda is outstanding. Can’t imagine recommending anyone else for boot fitting. Just hope she will be around if I need any tweaking wonderful person and professional.
