All the folks I have worked with at your shop are professional, courteous, and have superior product knowledge! Jon spent two hours maybe even three hours over the course of a couple visits talking, asking questions, to better understand what equipment needs were. I went to get new boots because I thought the current boots were not right for me. They could have sold me new boots. BUT because they showed me that my current boots are fine, they did not sell new boots unnecessarily. Thanks for working with me Harry.
