I had great service. I bought a new pair of boots and the personal touch for boot fitting is second to none! Tried on a few pair for comparison and love the result. The first pair she recommended was the pair I liked the best. In the end they ended up being the cheapest as well.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Mike helped me find a pair of boots that fit great, and made me custom footbeds so that the boots fit perfectly. It is incredible what a difference a good pair of ski boots makes!! I am absolutely thrilled with my new boots; they are comfortable (at least as comfortable as you can reasonably expect a pair of ski boots to be) and make my skiing pretty dramatically better. Would highly recommend Ski and bike Kare to anyone looking to get their boots upgraded.

I have been coming to Steamboat for 8-10 years now and coming to your store all but one of those. I bought boots and ski s from you and the service there has been great. Always willing to help and courteous as well. Brendan, Tazzy and all the other guys and gal there have been great to me and mine. I have gotten to know yall and consider yall to be my friends.
