John and staff are very knowledgeable and customer focused. I shopped at the Trek store and didn't need to visit the Specialized store. I just wish the salesperson, Evan, completely wiped the bike prior to me taking it. It was very dusty.

Was absolutely wonderful to find a bike shop that would service my e-bike that I bought on-line, but to discover how friendly and professional the people at this shop were, was even better. Have 5 other family members that also have e-bikes that now know where to go when their bikes need servicing. Would recommend this shop without hesitation.

Hopefully, I said that correctly. Hoping that I can customize a few bikes to adapt around past injuries. Tyler was awesome to talk to about Power assist Mt. Bikes. I picked up supplies that I was planning on using for bikes I planned on purchasing at Stadium West. Upon his recommendation, I plan on trying to attend the Saturday morning rides, when I am in town.
