I bought a bike private party and came in 1 hour before closing. Josh and the team accommodated me and took the time with shoe fit, cleats and general fitting of the bike I just bought. Nothing but appreciation for this team as it looked like they had a long day, but still took the time to help right before they closed up shop.

I went in on a Saturday because my bike was making a funny sound. They fixed it immediately and charged a mere $12 and sent me on my way. They are always amazing there.

I needed to ship a bike to my brother in Alaska. They carefully boxed it, labeled it for shipping, and held it til Bike Flight picked it up, They couldn’t have been more helpful and Matt never seemed annoyed by my multiple phone calls.
