Quick and polite service
I had a stem ordered, because the site said it was available. It was was not updated correctly, and I was text my part was unavailable. When I called to ask about my order being canceled, the store attendant was sorry for the mistake, and found one I could order from a different store. I wanted to support my local trek dealer, so I declined to order from the other store.
The attendant wanted me to be satisfied, and was helpful in finding a replacement.

Staff were wonderful to work with and helped with some of the decisions on accessories. Build and setup were spot on and accessories were installed before picking up the bike. I have been recommending The Trek Store and Trek bikes to everyone interested in cycling.

Trek makes a high quality bike at a decently affordable price. The guys in the store are helpful but not pushy. For a novice that doesn’t know much about bikes I didn’t feel pressured into spending a lot which I appreciated.
