Manager"John" was very helpful and congenial: I was a newbie and wanted a good fitting, entry level road bike. John fitted me perfectly to my first road road bike. Prices were right. I look forward to advancing in skills, fitness and an up scale Trek family road bike in the future. I've been riding my "old" trek xc830 mountain bike around the neighborhood ,enjoying it and wanted to stay within the Trek family.
The level of knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I purchased the Marlin model a few days ago. Everything was explained to me, end to end. Helpful suggestions and recommendations were also a great part of the ‘experience’. This is not like going somewhere and saying, “I’ll take that one”. The whole process was an experience as I learned a lot about my new bike!

The Stadium Bike representative was courteous, listened to my grandson's bike problem, and asked to see the boy's bike. With a quick adjustment, he corrected the problem, issued a bill for the task, and the bike has been ridden with no problems at all. He offered to help return the bike to my car, but I handled it myself. That's what I call service, great service... - Steve
