I had two bikes that hadn't been ridden for over 4 years. I was going to give them to my grandkids so I wanted to to make sure they were working safely. Don the service manager took about 10 minutes testing the two bikes alignments, gear shifting, braking, pumping up the flat tires. He was very honest so much so that he said one bike didn't even need any work done on it. The other bike just a tune up. Got that back in two days. It is nice to see a honest man who enjoys his job.

I purchased my bike three years ago in Chino Hills. The staff were extremely helpful in getting me on the appropriate bicycle to meet my needs. The best thing I did was buy the Flat Pack service. When I have had flats I take it in and the JAX team takes care of it. It saves me a lot of time and trouble. I have used the Claremont and Yorba Linda locations also. They take care of all my needs and concerns.

Fast and professional service, the service team really know bikes and were able to address issues with my Parlee Road Bike. I opted for the full-service option and it was good value for money. The mechanic found some issues, communicate them to me and was able to get everything addressed and turnaround in a couple of day. I am a happy and satisfied customer.
I am happy to feel I found a bike shop with REAL bike mechanics, professional and efficient. My bikes were dusty and broke down when I brought them in and they did an excellent job repairing and when I got my bikes back they were cleaner as well! I am beyond happy with the product and service I was provided. I also upgraded to the lifetime plan for flats which is great! Thank you JAX BIKES!
