Honest from the beginning. I needed new bindings put on some older skis so I can get back into the sport. They didn't take advantage of me by selling me services I didn't need when they easily could have. And, they said it would take a week and it took 2 days! Under promise and over deliver! A great way to keep customers happy and coming back.
Ryan was great to work with. He had my twins bikes built up in just a day and when we came to pick them up he added some accessories for us on the spot. He also had some very useful tips for the new bikes and mentioned some riding groups in Boise. He really exceeded my expectations and will definitely recommend Idaho Mountain Touring in the future.
