Both Jacob and Erin were amazing. I was kind of nervous to come in to purchase a bike again since it has been 7 years since I last had a road bike. I was able to get my dream bike with a reasonable price. The Specialized Tarmac SL7 was selling for 6.5k and they honored the discount from Specialized which brought it down to about 5.2k! I highly recommend this shop for anything cycling including buying your parts and upgrades! Thank you very much guys!

The bicycles are fabulous with a wonderful array of styles and colors. The staff is amazing, so friendly and so willing to help. Eryn explained everything in detail as she was barraged by 1000 questions by me.😱She is very kind. I had a wonderful experience there!!!!

Customer service was great, when a product wasn’t in stock it was ordered, shipped quickly, and I got a notification by email when it arrived at your shop. The associate kindly installed the busker to my bike without extra charge (something that shocked me by todays standards!) and quickly.
Later when my tube deflated I went to the service station (on a busy Sunday no less), and the young man fixed it within ten minutes- I was so impressed! The fee wasn’t too steep either. I love supporting small businesses, and when their service is great and products somewhat reasonably priced, I will support them over big box stores any day. Thanks
