I think the service at Holland Bikes has improved. Not that it was bad before, but better this year than last year. It seems the customer service at the front desk, the service desk and in the bike shop in general has gotten better. Faster service and everyone seems works as a team and are very friendly - ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. And the turn-around time for bike repair is, at least for me, 24hrs....

Had a great experience buying a bike at Holland’s! Bojac helped me and listened to what I was looking for and outdid my expectations on the bike I bought. I was able to test ride several bikes and he answered any question I had. Even offered info on how I can get involved with the local cycling community in SD. I was really impressed with the inventory of the shop and the quality of the folks working there. Happy to call them my LBS!

I will wait to comment after I take delivery on new bike. All good now but then can give you meaningful info. This may be my last bike in life. Its fits though. I got the first bike bikes in my Coronado life starting in 1948....six years old.

Goodness!!! Nelson and Allie (I know that's not correct...I'm so sorry....I'm 76 with a happy but aging memory. Those two were so so sweet and so helpful! I wanted to buy a new helmet for my 15-year old grandson but I don't know his size or what he would like. Nelson had a BRILLIANT, CREATIVE AND VERY FUN IDEA! He helped me pick out a really cute helmet...but NOT if you are a 15-year old boy. So....he will have to come with me to return it and get what he wants! How is that for a fabulous, useful, helpful, kind, fun idea. Thank you so very much to both Nelson and Allie (?)....I know that's not correct. We got our townies from you many years ago and still LOVE them!
