I like the friendly staff but even better, their knowledge on the bikes they sell. I trust Bojac to take care of us and to give us honest feedback on the products sold at Hollands.
I think the service at Holland Bikes has improved. Not that it was bad before, but better this year than last year. It seems the customer service at the front desk, the service desk and in the bike shop in general has gotten better. Faster service and everyone seems works as a team and are very friendly - ready to help as soon as you walk in the door. And the turn-around time for bike repair is, at least for me, 24hrs....
