Generous return policy, in my case with respect to shoes. I was able to really try them out, and it took awhile before I realized I really couldn't live with the ones I bought.
When I did return them, Jacob spent a good deal of time with me working to make sure the replacement pair wouldn't have the same problem. (Unfortunately they still do, but now I think I know why, and will be discussing that next time I come in.)
Those details aside, the impression I get is that Holland's really wants me to be happy with what I buy there.

Services I requested were handled promptly. Appreciate Malcolm bringing to my attention chain was shot/need for replacing. Can't beat the convenience of dropping off my bike for service in am. Riding it out a few hours later. As well, I've never owned a nice bike. Purchased a Specialized Roll last July. Good recommendation from sales staff. Now riding 80+ miles a week. Best thing I could have done for a knee issue. Should have come in Holland's years ago!

Holland is now a go to for my bike needs. Was able to order on line and have a friend pick up the bike for me without issue. Would’ve like to have a delivery option available from the store however, it’s not a deal breaker. Communication options are good, was able to call the store and email with quick responses. Would do business again.
